Job Description
Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (1099), Concussion and TBI Evaluations MindWell MD, West Valley City and West Jordan, UT MindWell MD is a physician-led concussion and traumatic brain injury practice. We're looking for a part-time nurse practitioner to see patients in person, one to two days a week. What you'll do:
- Conduct in-person clinical interviews and bedside physical exams
- Write a same-day visit note
- Start medication when appropriate
Schedule:
- Wednesdays, with the possibility of Tuesday and Thursdays (flexible part time)
- At our West Jordan and possibly West Valley City office What we're looking for:
- Active Utah NP license with prescriptive authority; must live in Utah
- Strong exam and patient interview skills. Concussion experience is not required; we train you.
- Your own malpractice insurance
- Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
Pay:
$95 to $110 per hour, 1099 independent contractor, paid every two weeks This is a great fit for an NP who wants focused, meaningful work with a flexible part-time schedule. To apply, send your resume and a note on your availability.Pay:
