You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and create evidence-based treatment plans for diverse adult patients. Working closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams, you'll support holistic mental health care while benefiting from robust mentoring and continuous learning. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for diverse adult patients Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care Monitor treatment response, adjust medications, and manage side effects safely Document all encounters accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory compliance Participate in case conferences, quality improvement, and collaborative care initiatives Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies Contribute to an inclusive, empathetic culture that supports recovery and staff growth Required Skills Psychiatric diagnostic assessment Medication management and psychopharmacology Suicide and risk assessment Care planning and treatment planning Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT-informed skills) Interdisciplinary care coordination Crisis intervention and de-escalation Patient and family psychoeducation Regulatory and documentation compliance
