Our providers receive structured onboarding, direct mentorship, and hands on education designed to build confidence while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety. Training includes one on one mentorship, manufacturer led education, clinical case discussions, treatment planning, and gradual progression based on competency rather than timelines. We're looking for someone who values learning and understands that becoming an exceptional injector is a process, not a weekend certification. Qualifications Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Current BLS or CPR certification Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision making skills Excellent communication and relationship building skills Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and legal compliance Comfort with electronic medical records and willingness to learn new systems Prior experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics is strongly encouraged but not required We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping patients look and feel their best. The ideal candidate is professional, accountable, and communicates with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
