Job Description
Job Overview NoVa Concierge Medicine & Aesthetics is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice. The position will focus primarily on medical weight management and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) , with an emphasis on evidence-based, individualized patient care. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients enrolled in our medical weight-loss program Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications and other appropriate weight-management therapies Evaluate and manage women experiencing perimenopause and menopause Initiate and manage HRT when clinically appropriate Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans Monitor treatment response, side effects, and patient progress Provide ongoing follow-up and patient messaging Educate patients regarding nutrition, exercise, metabolic health, and lifestyle modification Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation Collaborate closely with our physicians on complex patients Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia Current prescribing authority Experience in primary care, internal medicine, women's health, endocrinology, obesity medicine, or a related field preferred Experience with GLP-1 medications and/or HRT strongly preferred Comfortable managing patients independently while collaborating with physicians Excellent communication and patient-education skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a personalized, concierge-style practice What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is clinically thoughtful rather than protocol-driven . The ideal NP takes the time to understand the patient's overall health, reviews labs carefully, communicates well, and recognizes when a patient requires physician input. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP interested in developing deeper expertise in obesity medicine, metabolic health, perimenopause, menopause, and hormone therapy while working closely with board-certified physicians.
Pay:
$65.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
