Overview NoVa Concierge Medicine & Aesthetics is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical practice with a focus on medical weight management and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who is interested in developing expertise in women's health, perimenopause/menopause, metabolic health, and evidence-based weight management while working closely with experienced physicians. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients enrolled in our medical weight-loss and HRT programs Perform comprehensive initial and follow-up visits Manage GLP-1 and other appropriate weight-management therapies Evaluate and manage perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms Initiate and adjust hormone replacement therapy under established clinical protocols Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Manage medication refills and patient messaging Provide counseling regarding nutrition, exercise, metabolic health, sleep, and lifestyle Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with supervising physicians on complex patients Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia Current prescribing authority Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable managing patients independently within established protocols Interest in women's health, HRT, metabolic medicine, and medical weight management Prior experience with HRT or GLP-1 therapy is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Internal medicine, family medicine, or women's health experience is a plus What We Offer $65-$80/hour , depending on experience Part-time schedule with opportunity to grow as the patient panel expands Physician mentorship and established clinical protocols Opportunity to develop significant experience in HRT, menopause, metabolic health, and medical weight management Supportive, physician-led private practice environment Potential for performance-based compensation as the program grows We are looking for someone who is clinically thoughtful, personable, reliable, and genuinely interested in developing long-term relationships with patients rather than simply prescribing medications.
