Job Description
Job Overview Vitalis Men's Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team, focused on delivering exceptional, personalized care in men's health and hormone optimization. In this role, you will manage patients pursuing TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and peptide therapy, guiding them through initial evaluations, ongoing treatment, and lab-based monitoring. This position offers a flexible schedule, a supportive care team, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in an in-demand specialty — with training provided for those newer to hormone optimization. Responsibilities Conduct initial and follow-up patient evaluations, including health history review and assessment of treatment goals. Prescribe and manage TRT and peptide therapy protocols in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements. Review lab panels and adjust treatment plans based on results. Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and lifestyle factors that support hormone optimization. Document patient encounters accurately in the clinic's EMR system. Provide in-person and telehealth visits to expand access to care. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up. Female HRT management not required, but training and education will be provided for interested providers. Schedule Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
