Job Overview Vitalis Men's Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team, focused on delivering exceptional, personalized care in men's health and hormone optimization. In this role, you will manage patients pursuing TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and peptide therapy, guiding them through initial evaluations, ongoing treatment, and lab-based monitoring. This position offers a flexible schedule, a supportive care team, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in an in-demand specialty — with training provided for those newer to hormone optimization. Responsibilities Conduct initial and follow-up patient evaluations, including health history review and assessment of treatment goals. Prescribe and manage TRT and peptide therapy protocols in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements. Review lab panels and adjust treatment plans based on results. Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and lifestyle factors that support hormone optimization. Document patient encounters accurately in the clinic's EMR system. Provide in-person and telehealth visits to expand access to care. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up. Female HRT management not required, but training and education will be provided for interested providers. Schedule Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Flexible scheduling arrangements available:

one provider covering all four clinic days, two providers splitting the schedule (2 & 2), or a 3-day/1-day split. No weekend call — our medical assistants manage weekend patient calls. Providers are compensated for any after-hours patient call management if needed. Some visits may be conducted virtually. Qualification Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Virginia (or compact/multi-state), with current certification to practice independently or under a collaborative agreement. Active DEA registration, or willingness to obtain one (clinic covers renewal costs). Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, or a related specialty preferred, but not required — we cover the cost of the Elite Nurse Practitioner TRT training course for the right candidate. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and pharmacology as related to hormone therapy. Comfortable using EMR systems and telehealth platforms. Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to educate patients on treatment plans in a clear, compassionate way. Compensation & Benefits PTO offered.
