Description Description LifeHealth, LLC a professional services company specializing in worksite wellness services, clinical staffing, and healthcare readiness is looking for qualified Nurse Practioners (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA) responsible for on-site occupational health examination and or medical record review.

Leesburg, VA Position Summary This position is for Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA) providing occupational health services, including: On-site medical exams Medical record reviews Fitness-for-duty and job eligibility assessments The role may involve remote or challenging environments and requires adaptability, independence, and the ability to work under pressure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Conduct medical assessments and evaluate health status in relation to job requirements
- Analyze exam results and make medical determinations for employment eligibility
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and medical guidelines
- Maintain patient confidentiality and proper documentation (Privacy Act compliant)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and admin teams
- Communicate results and recommendations clearly to examinees and clients
- Support process improvements and policy updates
- Help assess staffing, equipment, and medical needs for various sites
- Manage workload efficiently to meet contract metrics Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program
- Active, unrestricted state license
- Board certification (required)
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Strong performance in high-stress, fast-paced environments
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility with schedule changes and travel
