In this role, you'll help enrich the daily lives of residents through one-on-one engagement, supportive care, and meaningful interaction. Your presence will bring warmth, comfort, and connection to those who call our community home. What You'll Do Provide compassionate personal care support and warm companionship to residents. Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement. Offer meaningful one-on-one interaction to enhance residents' emotional well-being. Assist in planning and supporting activity programs for residents. Prepare and serve snacks or meals according to instructions. Communicate any changes or concerns to the clinical team to support resident care plans. Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed by the care plan or clinical team. What You'll Bring A positive attitude and a genuine love for working with people. Compassion, patience, and a desire to make a difference in residents' lives. High school diploma or equivalent. CNA certification is a plus, but not required. A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
