Gentle Dental Care Family is expanding into aesthetics through a new practice, and we're looking for a lead NP to collaborate with our medical director. The goal of the new practice is to provide medical aesthetics and functional wellness under one roof, backed by a team and reputation patients have already trusted for 25+ years. This provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on medical aesthetic services, including cosmetic injectables, as well as Functional Medicine / Wellness services. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve both optimal aesthetic and wellness goals through evidence-based care.
Principal Responsibilities:
Conduct patient consultations and assessments to determine suitable aesthetic treatments. Perform a range of non-invasive aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables (dermal filler /botox), PRP & regenerative aesthetic treatments, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies and IV Therapy. Maintain thorough patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations and best practices. Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results. Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) evaluations and ongoing management. Educate patients regarding wellness, weight management, and aesthetic treatment options. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional patient care and service. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine.

Qualifications Required:
Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to transfer from another state) Experience administering cosmetic injectables (willing to invest in continued education required) Familiarity with aesthetic consultations and treatment planning. Experience with IV therapy and HRT administration. Excellent clinical assessment and patient education skills. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Experience with peptide therapy and medical weight management.
Pay:
$4,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
