Job Description

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000. We're looking for a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in Sterling, Virginia. You'll provide integrated, high-quality psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. This role is ideal if you want flexibility, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a real difference for patients and families. What the schedule looks like 20 hours per week total (17 clinical + 3 administrative) Hybrid model: at least 10 clinical hours onsite, up to 7 clinical hours remote Administrative hours completed remotely Flexible scheduling to meet patient needs Must be available for a minimum of 10 hours during peak "after-school" times (after 4 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends) Compensation & benefits Base salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week), W2 Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually Earn an additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond the base caseload Opportunities to increase income through additional availability and virtual care Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off plus 11 company holidays Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 Who we're looking for Master's degree from an accredited nursing program Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) At least 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure Active Virginia
