Job Description
Overview Join Our Growing Rheumatology & Infusion Care Team We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic rheumatology and infusion-based practice at the Arthritis and Rheumatology Clinical Center of Northern Virginia (ARCC). This is an excellent opportunity for providers passionate about chronic disease management, internal medicine, and infusion therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. We welcome both experienced providers and motivated new graduates seeking strong mentorship and structured clinical development. Duties Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions Perform patient follow-ups and chronic disease management visits Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and clinical staff Participate in care coordination and treatment planning Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care Skills Prior Rheumatology experience. Proficiency in joint examinations and musculoskeletal assessments. Strong patient education and counseling abilities, including medication Ability to document accurately and efficiently in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) system. Experience with osteoporosis management and interpretation of bone density studies. Experience administering or managing biologic infusion therapies. Familiarity with prior authorizations and specialty medication management. Experience participating in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume patient schedule.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:
