Requirements:
Willing to await for licensure Board certification AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Vermont DEA certification Minimum 2-3 years Hospitalist experience or equivalent Clean malpractice and background Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices. Perform procedures as permitted by state regulations and APP specialty Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

Requirements Education:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree focused on an NP specialty (e.g., family practice, adult-gerontology, pediatrics) Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree from an accredited program
Licenses & Certifications:
Willing to await licensure National certification as an NP in a relevant specialty area by a recognized certifying body (e.g., American Academy of Nurse Practitioners [AANP]) National certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Experience:
While specific requirements may vary, most locum APP positions prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in a clinical setting relevant to their specialty
