We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services in patients' homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities across Vermont . This per diem, 1099 contractor position offers flexibility and patient-centered care for independent practitioners.

Requirements:

Active NP license in Vermont Availability Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (flexible schedule) Pass background checks Comfort with wound care and technology Patient-focused, caring bedside manner, excellent communication skills Preferred experience in wound care, skilled nursing, or home care Pay ranges from $100.00 to $150.00 per hour.
