We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services in patients' homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities across Vermont . This per diem, 1099 contractor role offers flexibility and a patient-centered approach. Requirements:

active NP license in Vermont, wound care experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and comfort with technology. Must pass background checks and have a caring bedside manner. Pay ranges from $100-$150/hour . Experience with wound care and in skilled nursing or home care settings is preferred.
