Pay Range:

$55-$100/hr (based on experience)

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent opportunity

Schedule:

M-F; five 8-hour shifts Relocation assistance available! Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan. Perform routine physical exams and preventive health screenings, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education and health counseling.

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner must have 3 or more years working in a primary care setting Nurse Practitioner must be licensed or willing to obtain a license in the state of New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner will be required to have BLS upon hire About the
