Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity | Springfield, Vermont | 4-Day Week Join a thriving 501(c)(3) not-for-profit healthcare organization that has provided medical and behavioral health services to residents of southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire for decades.
Opportunity Highlights Schedule:
4-day workweek. 32 clinical hours per week with 8 hours of administrative time is considered full-time. Option for a 3-day workweek for those interested.
Primary Care:
Outpatient-only role with no obstetric, inpatient, or call responsibilities.
Collaborative Environment:
Practice in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model focused on evidence-based care, access, and strong coordination across disciplines. Strong Emphasis on

Average of 16 patients per day with a focus on quality care rather than RVU-driven productivity.
Financials & Benefits Compensation:
Competitive salary of up to $150,000 based on experience, with a retention bonus available.

Candidate Requirements Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner. New graduate FNPs may be considered based on experience and fit.
Certification:
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through an accredited certifying body.
Licensure:
Licensed or eligible for APRN licensure in the state of Vermont.
