09/08/2026 Job Description Job Description Full-Time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Vital Care - Battle Ground, WA Vital Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy, independently owned urgent care practice. Our providers care for a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuries with the support of advanced on-site diagnostics , including CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and laboratory services , allowing you to diagnose and treat patients efficiently in one location. Schedule Variable full-time schedule Clinic hours: 7:00 AM - Midnight, 365 days per year Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required No call responsibilities Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible for Washington licensure) Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to manage a broad spectrum of acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced environment If you're looking for an opportunity to practice in a well-equipped urgent care with advanced imaging, supportive colleagues, and a commitment to high-quality patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
