Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP/PA-C) - Primary Care Puget Sound Area, Western Washington | Full-Time A large community healthcare organization in the Puget Sound area of Western Washington is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys comprehensive, patient-centered care and wants to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative community health setting. What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Develop individualized treatment and ongoing care plans Provide preventive care, health education, and disease-management support Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice Perform primary care procedures within individual competencies and privileges Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care as needed Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team Participate in after-hours call coverage as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record Qualifications Active Washington State ARNP or PA-C license required Active DEA registration required Current CPR certification required Valid driver's license required Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and 11 paid holidays Professional development and continuing education support If you're an ARNP or PA-C looking for a rewarding primary care opportunity in the Puget Sound area of Western Washington , we encourage you to apply.
