75 FTE to 1.0 FTE depending on candidate interest Job Overview Madrona Recovery is committed to providing transformative, trauma-informed and relationship centered care for youth and families. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dual diagnosis (cooccurring) adolescent residential treatment center campus in Brush Prairie, WA. This position will also support our outpatient programs in Tigard, OR. This role supports our mission to stabilize youth, educate families, and promote long-term success through individualized, compassionate psychiatric care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and substance use evaluations and assessments for adolescents aged 13-17 in a residential treatment facility. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans aligned with trauma and resiliency-informed practices alongside youth and their families. Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications as well as Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) treatment. Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation. Participate in case reviews and contribute to clinical best practices in a community-focused environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support emotional regulation, direct communication, and healthy relationships. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Participate in on-call psychiatry coverage pool. PMHNP certification required; post-certification experience preferred. Experience in adolescent residential settings is necessary. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship training is highly desirable. Experience in youth or addiction treatment considered an asset. Washington PMHNP licensing and DEA required. Oregon PMHNP licensing and DEA required within 30 days of hire.

$130,000.00
