Highlights :
Thrive in team-oriented environments with providers, MAs, nurses, and other support staff. Monday-Friday outpatient only schedule, with some potential extended hours. Opportunity to work a 4-day work week. Our providers see a good mix of chronic and acute patients across the lifespan. Basic in office procedures performed in clinic, based on provider comfort level and preference. Light phone call rotations of clinic phone call only. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage. This is a full-time position with a 36-hour patient contact hour work expectation. Qualifications :
Master's degree or higher in nursing from an accredited program. 2-3 years of ARNP experience is required. Primary Care experience is highly preferred. Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start. Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment. The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
