Prosser Memorial Health (PMH) in Prosser, Washington seeks a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at our Prosser Clinic, a Rural Health Clinic serving the Prosser community seven days a week. Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will work alongside family medicine clinicians in an integrated primary care setting. PMH is a critical access nonprofit hospital with more than a dozen outpatient clinics dedicated to providing excellent healthcare and support services to realize our mission to improve the health of our community.
Conduct psychiatric and behavioral health evaluations for new and established patients of all ages Diagnose and manage mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and psychosis Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based practices Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists and nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives Serve as a resource for clinic staff education on behavioral health topics Listed responsibilities are a general overview; additional duties may be assigned.

Compensation Highlights:
Three-year guaranteed salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity. Compensation is based on MGMA and determined by skills and experience. Annual base compensation range of $155,000 - $185,000. Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100% for full-time employees; low monthly premiums for spouse/children. 403(b) match and qualified 457 retirement plans. Annual CME allowance plus 40 Hours CME paid time off per year. Generous PTO allowance.
