We're looking for a compassionate, autonomous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants meaningful patient impact without sacrificing work-life balance. What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive wound assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide advanced wound care in homes and select facilities Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation You'll serve patients across Seattle and surrounding areas, helping individuals with chronic, non-healing wounds improve healing outcomes and quality of life.

What We're Looking For:

Active, unrestricted Washington NP or PA license Board certified (FNP, APRN, or PA-C) 1+ year of preferred experience (Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, ER, ICU, or Wound Care, Home Health Care) Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Patient-first mindset The Athena Difference We are a rapidly expanding mobile healthcare organization focused exclusively on advanced wound care.
