Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans across various specialties. Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, dermatology issues, reproductive and mental health, and preventive screenings. Utilize EHR systems like Epic for documentation and coordinate referrals to specialists. Provide patient education on health maintenance and lifestyle modifications. Participate in telehealth services to serve remote populations. Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and wound care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Manage complex cases including ventilator support and post-operative care. Skills required include proficiency with EHR, knowledge of diagnostic imaging, and experience across multiple specialties. Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are essential. Pay range is $75.00 - $80.00/hour, with 8-16 hours per week.
