We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in Washington. This role focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care for a diverse patient population, operating on a standard daytime schedule. Responsibilities and Duties Provide preventative care, wellness exams, and chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Manage acute care needs, including minor injuries, infections, respiratory issues, and urgent walk-ins. Address behavioral health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and provide substance use support as applicable. Perform basic gynecological care, screenings, and family planning services within scope. Conduct routine pediatric check-ups and manage common childhood illnesses if within provider scope. Perform procedures including toenail removal, suturing, I&Ds, Nexplanon insertion and removal (with onsite training), wound care, and wart removal. Participate in a MAT program. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population. Collaborate with on-site clinical staff and support care coordination efforts. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and comply with clinic protocols. Support underserved and tribal health initiatives with culturally competent care.
