Spokane, WA Salary:
based on experience Full-Time | W-2 | Outpatient Women's Health Help Us Build a Different Kind of Women's Health Practice Core Pelvic Women's Health is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who wants to do more than simply step into someone else's template. We are building an integrated women's-health practice focused on providing thoughtful, personalized care throughout the different stages of a woman's life. Our women's-health services are being developed alongside an established pelvic health physical therapy practice, creating a unique opportunity for medical and pelvic-health care to work together rather than in separate silos. We are looking for a provider who is excited about caring for women, building long-term patient relationships, and helping shape a growing women's-health program. This is an opportunity to have a voice in how the practice develops, contribute to clinical workflows and services, and help us create the kind of healthcare experience we believe women deserve. What You'll Do As our Women's Health ARNP, you will provide comprehensive outpatient women's-health care, including: Routine and preventive women's-health visits Annual wellness examinations Pap smears and cervical cancer screening Gynecologic evaluation and management Perimenopause and menopause care Hormone replacement therapy evaluation, prescribing, monitoring, and follow-up Medication management within your scope of practice Ordering and interpreting appropriate laboratory testing Patient education and shared decision-making Evaluation and management of common women's-health concerns Referrals and coordination of care when specialty services are needed Collaboration with our pelvic health physical therapy team when appropriate Accurate, timely clinical documentation Participation in the development of clinical protocols and workflows Telehealth services as our program continues to expand This is not an obstetrics position. We do not provide prenatal care, deliveries, or obstetric services. Why This Position Is Different We aren't looking for someone to simply fill an exam room. We are building Core Pelvic Women's Health intentionally, and the provider who joins us will have the opportunity to help influence what that practice becomes. You will be joining an organization that already understands women's pelvic health and has an established patient community, referral relationships, operational support, and a team invested in expanding access to women's healthcare. You'll have the opportunity to: Help build and grow a new women's-health service line Develop meaningful, long-term patient relationships Practice in an outpatient environment focused specifically on women's health Work collaboratively with an established pelvic health team Help shape clinical processes, services, and patient experience Participate in the future growth of telehealth and expanded women's-health services Receive administrative support with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and practice operations Focus on patient care while our team supports the business side of the practice We want the person in this position to feel like an important part of what we are building, not simply another provider added to a schedule. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is clinically strong, approachable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in women's health. You may be a great fit if you: Believe women deserve to feel heard and involved in their healthcare decisions Enjoy educating patients and helping them understand their options Are comfortable managing both routine and more complex women's-health concerns Have an interest in perimenopause, menopause, hormone health, and preventive care Enjoy working independently while still being part of a collaborative team Are organized and comfortable managing your own patient panel Communicate clearly with patients and other healthcare professionals Enjoy helping improve systems and clinical processes Are excited by the opportunity to help grow a practice rather than simply inherit an established routine Required Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current, unrestricted Washington State ARNP license Current RN license meeting Washington State requirements Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) certification Washington State prescriptive authority DEA registration or ability to obtain DEA registration as required for scope of practice Current BLS certification Ability to meet payer credentialing requirements Excellent clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Previous women's-health, gynecology, primary-care, or reproductive-health experience Experience caring for patients during perimenopause and menopause Experience evaluating and managing hormone replacement therapy Experience interpreting laboratory results and developing individualized treatment plans Experience with outpatient medication management Familiarity with telehealth Two or more years of independent advanced-practice experience preferred Women's-health experience is highly valued, but we are also interested in exceptional FNP candidates who have a strong background and genuine passion for this area of medicine. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, women's-health expertise, certifications, and scope of practice. This is a W-2 employed position. Professional malpractice coverage is provided by the practice. About Core Pelvic Women's Health Core Pelvic Women's Health was created as an expansion of Core Pelvic Physical Therapy with a simple goal: to make women's healthcare more connected. Pelvic health does not exist separately from hormonal health, reproductive health, menopause, sexual health, and overall wellness. We want our patients to have access to providers who understand those connections and are willing to collaborate across disciplines. We are building a practice where women can receive high-quality medical care in an environment that is personal, approachable, and centered around them. Our goal is not to recreate a large healthcare system on a smaller scale. Our goal is to build something better. Interested? If you are an ARNP who loves women's health and wants the opportunity to help shape a growing practice, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction telling us about your women's-health experience and what interests you about joining Core Pelvic Women's Health. We welcome candidates who are looking for a long-term professional home and who want to play a meaningful role in the growth of our women's-health program. Core Pelvic Women's Health is an equal opportunity employer.
