• Position in a high-quality, busy outpatient practice.

Compensation:

Competitive annual salary ranging from $142,000-$165,000 based on experience, plus productivity incentive

• Practice environment: Collaborative, team-based care with a group of seven physicians and one APP

Schedule:

Full-time position with flexible 4- or 5-day work week

• Call schedule: No call requirements
• Clinical setting: High-volume dermatology practice with strong support and resources

Technology:

Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system

Compensation & Benefits:

• Productivity incentive in addition to base salary

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (dermatology experience preferred)
• Eligible for or able to obtain an active Washington State license
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation
