An incredible opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) at Black River Health. The Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) provides direct patient care following established protocols and practices. Works directly with Department and Medical Directors to ensure the effective delivery of medical care. Position Schedule Full-time, 36 patient contact hours per week Outpatient only No weekends Benefits include: Sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
