Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately Provide patient education and counseling to promote wellness Maintain accurate and timely medical records Assist in coordinating inpatient care and discharge planning Stay informed on best practices and advances in internal medicine Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Associate degree in a relevant field (Bachelor's preferred) Experience in internal medicine or a related specialty preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Schedule:

7p-7a, sporadic shifts

Nightly Census:

10-15 patients, 1-2 admits, and floor calls No procedures or ICU cases

Cerner Must be board-certified
