Job Description

The Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our inaptient and outpatient clinical team. This full-time (1.0 FTE) position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on the evaluation and management of both general and oncologic urologic conditions. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in this role, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary care team, providing comprehensive services that include: Thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations Prescribing and managing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments Performing office-based urologic procedures Delivering patient education and ongoing care coordination We value belonging, and we're committed to fostering a respectful workplace where all team members thrive—regardless of background, experience, or perspective.

Nurse Practitioner:
Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current WI RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or ACNP.
Physician Assistant:
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the WI State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required External applicants: To be considered for this position please upload a cover letter and personal statement along with 2-3 letters of reference with your online application.
