Shift Details:
Four 10 hr shifts, M, W, TH, F, or five 8 hr shifts M-F. Nurse Practitioner (NP)Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice. Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Promote preventive care and wellness through patient education and screenings. Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, facility policies, and regulatory standardsMinimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited educational institution Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the State in WI. The license MUST be in good standing 1 year of experience Ability to build rapport with patients CPR card issued by the American Heart Association Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95
