Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse customer base. Demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions through effective selling, negotiation, and problem-solving techniques. Minimum of five years of experience in the building materials, construction, or related industry preferred. Established industry relationships and a proven ability to develop and maintain customer accounts are highly desirable. Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and prioritize activities to achieve business objectives.
