•Waunakee is actively recruiting an experienced, full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our team of 5 physicians and 1 APP. In this role, you will have the opportunity to hold your own patient panel. Previous clinical healthcare background in primary care is strongly preferred.

0.8 to 1.0 FTE (32-40 hrs/week including built-in admin time)

Your Qualifications:

3 years' + experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required

Primary Care experience is a plus

Urgent Care and Internal Medicine backgrounds will also be considered Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin Family certification required for NPs

NPs will need APRN

Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program.
