Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary We are a growing family medical practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our clinic specializes in medical weight management using GLP-1 therapies and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, including Suboxone therapy. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in weight management, hormone/metabolic health, and addiction medicine. This role involves managing patients on GLP-1 medications and providing MAT services, including Suboxone treatment, in a primary care setting. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications for weight loss and metabolic conditions Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including prescribing and monitoring Suboxone Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to MAT and controlled substances

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
