Job Description

A respected healthcare organization in Martinsburg is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing outpatient pediatric team. This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who values collaborative, patient-centered care and is committed to delivering comprehensive services across the pediatric lifespan. Position details
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Setting:
Outpatient only
EMR:
Epic Typical patient volume: 16-18 patients per day Call expectations After-hours phone coverage only; no in-person call
Frequency:
1-2 weekdays per month and approximately 3 weekends per year Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions Conduct well-child visits, preventive care, and immunizations Care for patients from birth through the provider's chosen age range Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Board certified as an NP or PA Active West Virginia license or ability to obtain one DEA registration required by start date Pediatric experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive clinical team focused on high-quality pediatric care in Martinsburg.
