up to $130,000 per year, DOE and schedule About the Opportunity The client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing healthcare teams in Lander, Wyoming . The clinics are physician-owned, multi-specialty practices with more than 65 years of service to the community. Their teams include physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Same Day Care. Position Responsibilities Depending on location and specialty, the NP/PA will: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across a broad range of ages and medical needs. Conduct patient examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Prescribe medications and appropriate treatments. Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options, preventive care, and health management. Provide referrals to specialists and other healthcare services when appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Full-time providers may work 4 or 5 days per week . The standard clinic schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM . Saturday clinic hours are 9:00 AM-1:00 PM . Providers typically cover approximately 3 Saturdays per year , with compensatory time provided. There are no regular night shifts . Providers participate in a shared, phone-only on-call system . Calls are screened by an RN before being directed to the provider, and on-call volume is generally light. Providers typically have approximately 15-16 appointment slots per day , depending on patient complexity and individual provider preferences. The clinic works with providers to develop a schedule that supports patient needs and work-life balance. Compensation $100,000-$130,000 annually , depending on experience and number of days worked per week. The organization is also open to discussing sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for the right candidate. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification. Active state licensure required for the position. Appropriate prescribing authority and credentials. New graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with 3+ years of clinical experience are preferred . Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills.
