POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and assists with data collection under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The CNA assists with inpatient care throughout nursing areas and is responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher, and appropriate documentation of services. The CNA provides the services of a Safe Companion for any patient on a patient care unit who has been assessed to require constant observation in order to maximize his/her safety. The CNA assists as needed with general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate the efficient functioning of the nursing unit.
REQUIREMENTS
