What You'll Do Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with resident service plans and assigned duties. Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, meals, hydration, toileting, grooming, bathing, and dressing. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the appropriate licensed clinical team member. Measure and document resident information or vital signs when assigned and permitted. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. What We're Looking For Current CNA certification in good standing where required for the position. Strong communication, teamwork, and resident service skills. Preferred Experience Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or longterm care experience preferred. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
