Training Location:
Cullman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Alabama Join our compassionate team and begin your journey toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant! We are committed to growing the next generation of caregivers through our paid training program. As a Nurse Aide in Training, you'll learn hands-on skills from experienced professionals and receive the support you need to succeed in a CNA role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with non-clinical daily tasks under the supervision of licensed staff Assist with meal delivery, hydration, linen changes, and general comfort Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spaces Observe and report any changes in resident behavior or condition Participate actively in training classes and on-the-floor clinical practice Transition into a CNA position upon successful certification
Qualifications:
