Job Summary:

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Florence, Alabama location. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and clinical support to our team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide vital sign measurements, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply with certification) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays About the
