This is not a lazy job… this is a job where family will sue you if you don't care for their family members, if you don't show up to care for a patient it is neglect, if you call in, you are fired. So must be reliable.. Must be there, or it's neglect. schedules are very flexible and we can work with you a week in advance. If you need to change your schedule because I have to find care to cover someone who is trained for that particular patient. I need somebody who wants to work —-who wants to be there —- who wants to make money….who isnt interested in being a slacker. I need someone who actually about their and gives it.
