Start Date:
February 2026- Ongoing Schedule- Scheduled shifts only No call
- Full-time preferred; minimum one week per month
- Shift options: 8s, 10s Practice Setting
- Level II Trauma Center
- OR-based float pool covering two hospitals
- Large facility: 492 beds
- Minimal supervision model (up to 1:6 supervision ratio)
- Ideal for CRNAs comfortable practicing with a high degree of autonomy

Epic (Epic experience required) Case Mix- Orthopedics
- Endoscopy
- Vascular
- General surgery
- Spine
- Radiology
- Cardiac
- Urology
- Ophthalmology
- OB/GYN (OB not required)
- ENT
- Neuro
- Thoracic Preferred Skills
- Comfortable with ultrasound-guided nerve blocks
- Epidural experience
