Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a difference? Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility. Answer resident call lights promptly and provide compassionate care. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Document resident care accurately and timely. Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, long-term care, hospital, or assisted living community is preferred but not required. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
