•7:00 AM Job Summary Join a dedicated care team providing daily nursing care and support to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality personal care including bathing, grooming, mobility support, toileting, vital signs, and restorative exercises. Observe, document, and report changes in condition, incidents, skin integrity, intake/output, and safety concerns.

Support daily comfort needs:

meal preparation and feeding assistance, maintaining clean linens/equipment, and keeping rooms organized. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, including room setup, escorting residents, and managing personal belongings. Follow all documentation, infection control, and safety procedures while participating in ongoing training to maintain certification. Qualifications Reliable transportation to Fayetteville, AR.
