Position Summary:

It's About You, LLC is looking for a caring, dynamic, experienced and understanding caregiver to join our team. The caregiver performs ADLs for the elderly and disabled.

Essential Functions:

Follows all company policies and procedures in performing the duties of the position. Maintains a positive, professional attitude when dealing with guests, clients, family members and/or team members. Demonstrates good communication skills by speaking with clients, their families, and/or visitors along with any state or other medical professionals. Demonstrates ability to problem solve in order to achieve positive outcomes. Working knowledge of operating and maintaining various types of medical equipment such as Hoyer lift, wheelchairs, transfer boards. Documenting Care Activities on online application in an accurate manner. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

MUST pass an Arkansas State Police Background check (10 years min) MUST pass a 10 panel drug test MUST have a valid driver's license MUST have a vehicle in working condition. High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience working with elderly or disabled. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must possess strong interpersonal skills both written and oral.

Pay:

$12.00 - $12.50 per hour
