Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to provide high-quality care to our clients in private homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, be skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and possess a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, and Alzheimer's. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalized care. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document changes in patient condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's specific needs. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while respecting client confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
