Nursing Assistant Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This role requires a strong commitment to resident service, along with the ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and various health conditions. This position is for 12 hour night shifts on our dementia care unit and 8 hour evening or night shift. Sign On bonus available! Duties Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Lift and move residents safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques. Maintain resident confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
