• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with patient mobility by using proper lifting techniques and equipment
• Meal Preparation and cooking meals
• Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients ```Skills```
• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks
• Experience working in a hospital, nursing home, or medical office setting
• Ability to lift and move patients with proper technique and equipment
• Proficiency in venipuncture techniques for blood collection
• Understanding of hospice care principles and practices
