- Must have to ability to work weekdays as well as weekends.
Team:
Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital- Northwest Arkansas provides inpatient care for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and neurological conditions.
- Perform basic patient care tasks including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Provide general nursing support such as positioning, lifting, turning, and using special equipment.
- Assist with toileting needs using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation to the bathroom.
- Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake/output measurements accurately and document in a timely manner.
- Prepare patient rooms for admission and transfer, ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment with attention to ventilation and lighting.
- Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, including handling of patient belongings.
- Answer patient call lights, phones, and pages, responding promptly and appropriately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Completion of a nursing assistant training course.Experience:
Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred.License:
Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.Certifications:
