Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Providing compassionate, hands-on care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence. Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team. Assisting with meals and hydration. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Offering companionship and emotional support throughout each shift. Communicating with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Being a steady, familiar presence that residents and families can count on.
