FREE ONLINE PCA CLASSES AVAILABLE AT YOUR OWN PACE
Pinnacle In-Home Care is currently seeking motivated individuals who are looking for the opportunity to join the healthcare field to assist our clients with personal care and activities of daily living for them to stay in the comfort of their own home. Some of the tasks you may assist your clients with are: Personal Care/Hygiene Nutrition/Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Errands/Shopping Dementia Care Hospice Care Required Skills/Qualifications Inexperienced caregivers may receive free online PCA classes Otherwise must have at least one year of experience in an institutional setting, in home care agency, home health agency, hospital, hospice, or long-term care facility; or Have a certificate issued by the State of Arkansas for working in long-term care facilities. A copy of this certificate shall be available for review; or Have completed a 40-hour aide training course; or Have completed a 90-hour CNA training course. In lieu of the requirement for completion of the home health aide training course, a nursing student may qualify as a home health aide by submitting documentation from the Director of programs and/or the Dean of a School of Nursing that states that the nursing student has demonstrated competency in providing basic nursing care in accordance with the school's curriculum.
